The old world feel was so nice. My room had old brick walls with big windows and exposed old beams from yester-year. Staff was super helpful, everything was squeaky clean, and the room accomodations were great. Overall, a beautiful, true to historic New Orleans hotel.

My only complaint is the front desk staff is sometimes not there for extended periods of time. And it seems like a pattern because more than one person did that. When I arrived no one was at the desk and someone else had to let me in. It was 26 degrees outside so that was not ok. Aside from that the room was beautiful. I’d stay again but the front desk needs to be at the front desk, not in the back office.

Great stay. There was a slight problem at check in but we were very happy with the resolution. Staff was great. Be aware that parking is not affiliated with the hotel and initially may be a little difficult to navigate but is easy once you figure it out.

The layout was great and the fridge and washer/dryer (didn’t use the w/d but..) were great options. Close to the convention center at several galleries and nice restaurants. The bedroom floor was full of dust on my side of the bed. The evening front desk person was so nonchalant and absolutely disconnected, not ideal. We requested the bed be made but were told that the housekeeping only is offered every 3 days, by when we would have left. The description states sheets changed upon request. The restaurant opens at 8 on weekdays, that’s when the conference begins at the convention center. And opens at 10 in the weekend. Not so useful.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a hotel and I travel a lot for work and pleasure. The area was great and the hotel itself was immaculate. This place is a great spot for food, coffee and drinks. Also, Jessica is the best and the kind of person you do whatever to keep them on staff! Give Jessica all the praise you can give. She needs to manager and train everyone at this place. She was so welcoming, patient, and went out of her way to help me when my room key was having an issue in the elevator MULTIPLE times. Jessica was also just super polite in general and I could not ask for a better experience with someone working at an establishment like this. My stay was a 10 out of 10. Jessica is a 12 out of 10. I will absolutely be back to stay here.

I would have given 5 but the fire alarm started going off all hours of the night because of an elevator issue. Otherwise the hotel is very beautiful, very friendly staff. Short walk to everything. We enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again.
