Spike to a lovely lady about a late check out and she was so kind and understanding of a very emotional day. The a very rude person called to say there was no record and to leave the hotel as soon as possible. We had our whole morning planned around the midday checkout and she put so much pressure on my family making it extremely upsetting.

The room was spotless, the bed was super comfy, water pressure in the shower was amazing. Room service was excellent, the lady who brought the food to our room was a star, I wish I remembered her name. The buffet breakfast in the morning was a good selection.
