Thankyou for your review... all onebedroom units and studios have courtyards/outdoor areas with seating. Perhaps you chose the Cosy Saver/Small studio which clearly states there is no outdoor private space.

Hi. Thanks for the review. Yes, the Strand is going through a transition at the moment, which doesn't affect the rooms, but may affect the check in experience. We hope to have the new reception up and running in the near future.
