Very loud event going on. Room door was hard to open. No hot water, was told that I needed to let the water run for 10+ min for the water to even get remotely warm. Carpet in the room felt gross.

Everything was perfect. Literally everything. The staff is always so kind and helpful. We love the location and will continue to return. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It’s a true hidden gem.
