Our room looked classy and cool but the room could have been less dusty and the blackout screen moved by itself. We only got our room cleaned every third night. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The view from our room was amazing. The location is also so convenient because you are in Times Square and Sub access is just a 2 minute walk away.

Times Square Vibey Gem with Location Location!!!

Super vibe-y if you're into that and the location is insanely awesome if you want to be Times Square theatre district and West Midtown. It's right along the E line along 8th Avenue. Couldn't be better. I've stayed here 4 times. Check in takes literally one minute. No wait!

Overall, really liked the hotel. The staff was very friendly and communicative. The location is very convenient. Close enough to theatres without completely being in the Times Square mix and close to the restaurants on 9th Ave. While the room was nice, it was VERY small with very little space to hang/store clothes and toiletries. I did opt for the cozy room but would still have expected a little bit of space for clothes. Amenities were a little lacking compared to other hotels (e.g., no coffee in rooms or lobby) and the lack of a full shower/door or curtain led to water getting everywhere in the bathroom.

Short city break

From the moment we checked in, the customer service has been outstanding. The hotel room was nice clean with a lovely view of the Hudson river. The hotel is easy walking distance to Times Square and loads of restaurants and shops on your door step. We tried the restaurant downstairs and the food was very tasty. Also a lovely view from their roof top bar if you fancy a cocktail. The offer complimentary tea and coffee in the mornings. I would highly recommended this hotel and i would happily come back next time I'm in New York
