Everything you need in NYC hotel. Location superb. Staff helpful, room clean and handy luggage storage for pre- or post-stay. Fantastic views of The Empire State Building from room 16.06- reminds you how close you are to everything and why NYC is soooo special- especially at Christmas. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Room is extremely small. Very old hotel with no upgrades, but it was clean. We had no view. They let us check in early but no late check out. Breakfast nook, which you had to pay for, was decent.
