While the staff was nice and the location was great…the rooms are not soundproof and it was noisy due to construction outside, would have preferred a room not next to the street. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well, shower door leaked on the floor after shower. Toilet after flushing ran for almost 15 minutes every time. We also had to ask for more keurig cups, and the staff seemed reluctant to give us more. Breakfast was also not a buffet! Instead you have a $40 voucher for a minimal selection of food, that we never used completely because my mother got sick from the ham, egg and cheese sandwich. I don’t think we will stay here again any time soon.

I was so disappointed in this property we really wanted to love it based on the reviews but maybe we were just unlucky we got a room with a damaged wall that I didn’t notice at first until a piece of the wall struck my 2 year old while she was watching out the window. Also the staff was not very helpful, we asked if there was a business center and we were told no later on to find there was one. Besides the location we really didn’t enjoy our stay. The beds were uncomfortable, housekeeping skipped our room on the first day. It was one thing after another. We stayed at another property next door last year and had an amazing experience we were hoping this one would be the same but finding a good stay is half of the stay in NYC. We definitely won’t be back to this property.
