The check-in process was a nightmare, the receptionist could not find our reservation. We provided all the information re: conformation and all communications in regard to the booking.
We had to wait over 45 mins. while she attempted to find our reservation; the problem was she was looking for the wrong name, even though we provided documentation with proper spelling as well as ID.
Staff training is a corner stone of good customer service, this employee lacked the basic skill sets to be on the front line of your operation.
Never an apology or an oops I just misunderstood or I don't know what I'm doing. 45 minutes is a very long time for a check in with reservation and confirmation (we actually called 24 hrs to confirm and our reservation was confirmed)!
Where the disconnect happened we have no idea; but we strongly recommend a review of hiring practices and training protocols.
