Room was clean. However when I came to check in, front desk informed me that the system was down. Decided to wait it out. Witnessed a guest come in and purchase a room for the night, however no one updated me as to whether problem was fixed. Told them I'll be back because I didn't feel like waiting any longer. When I finally checked in later that evening, found out TVs have no apps, so all we could watch were the local channels.

Horrible stay here. Staff was rude to us hair on sheets and no running water when we stayed. We refused to stay another night due to the water Ramada refused to reimburse us and kept our money. Will never stay again. Be careful booking there they don’t return your money.

First day checking in there was no running water and you can pretty much hear everything from the hall inside your room. Otherwise, it was adequate for an emergency stay.
