There is very little room for the price. The place needs upgrading. You have to climb rickety steps. The walls had holes and there were no windows that you could see out of. There is no common to meet up or sit and read. It is convenient if you are visiting Parsons and there are plenty of places to eat and shop, just don’t plan on staying in the room!

Worst hotel in New-York !

No elevator. No window. Nobody to check-in except someone blaming you not to have received the door and room codes. Shared bathroom. A shame ! Really a place to avoid. I ask for a refund for this awful experience.

For the cost, the room was not well-appointed, cheap cabinets, one with broken, mis-matched doors, and one with water damage. A mirror hung off center in a weird location, holes in the walls, peeling paint, two mis-matched towels in the bathroom. But the bathroom seems "updated" and seemed clean.

Affordable, clean and comfortable, secure. Steep stairs that are a bit tough carrying a suitcase to third, fourth, or fifth floors. No elevator. Mattress quite soft. Sleeping couch for third member of family uncomfortable and short; fits a 5 ft 8 inch or less height person. Overall good option for cost in Manhattan.

The staff were lovely. The location was amazing. The room was small but adequate. The sleep couch was lumpy but the queen bed was comfortable. I only wish that they had a true lobby where you could sit.

Small room with private bath--just fine for a one-night stay. Great location; room and bathroom were clean and in good condition. We had issues with the code for our door and, though we were attended immediately and the service person was lovely, it took a little bit to resolve because we were on the fifth floor and there's no elevator.
