It was a great spot, yet I couldn't get the vent fan to turn off and the room was very cold. Ither then that I loved it and really enjoyed my stay. The front desk was very kind and generous. Thank you again for everything. Very easy and convenient. Great location

Beware 5 story building with No Elevator!

5th Floor walkup; after a recent stroke I could not climb 5 floors of stairs. She sympathized with me but said it was my problem to deal with. She said there were no lower floor rooms to fit my booking. I had to rebook elsewhere. She said no refund, not even partial refund. Thanks a lot!

If you’re okay staying in a small room this place is absolutely wonderful. Everything was super clean. Very comfortable beds. We had 3 adult women in a room with a queen and sofa bed. Super helpful and friendly staff. I was a bit worried that the front desk wouldn’t be staffed 100% of the time but it was not an issue at all. Will absolutely stay here again.

Very nice staff at the hotel! The property is great, but there is no lift. Btw, you can always rely on staff, they will help you to lift you luggage.

The hotel is what you pay for. For the price (expensive but compared with other options one of the cheapest offers in Manhattan) it delivers. The rooms are a little bit tiny but really cute.The location is amazing. Overall I liked my stay a lot. The issues were that i found a cockroach on the bathroom and the fact that you don’t always have staff to help you at the deskfront is annoying.

Our stay was excellent. The staff were super helpful. The room was actually bigger than I expected. We had a private washroom. Location is great. Easy access to transportation. AC was very strong and you can easily adjust. We had mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in our room. The only issue for some is there is no elevator. But it did not bother us. The staff helped carry the luggage up. May be an issue if you are a senior or have health issues. Our room was on the top floor. We will stay here again in the future. .

I want my money back!

Oh boy, I’m not sure where to start! Firstly, I was on the second floor and there is no elevator so I had to carry my luggage up and down 20 steps. When I got to my room, I quickly realized that I didn’t have a bathroom as it turns out the bathroom was shared with another room. To make matters worse, there were two drawers in the room in the bottom one didn’t open. Last but not least, there was no window in the room, which is illegal in New York City.
