This is my favorite hotel in New York City. I’ve been here so many times and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always nice. My experience with this hotel has been great, even outside the United States. I’ve stayed with them in Italy and Germany, and the customer service is top-tier, which is why I always return to them.

Great hotel, especially by today’s NY standards. Great in every way. Rooms could be bigger but I’ll let that one pass. About time NH made an entrance to the US!
