The room was not what I wanted I wanted a room with a tub not ada tub. It ruined why I booked the room. As well the maintenance to the shower is horrible it ends up leaving a whole pool on the floor after a 5 min shower. The stopper in the sink just needed to be adjusted which we did and the bathroomight turned on at random all night. When we checked in we had 1 towel when I asked it took untill 6pm to get more towels. As well $40 for parking is overpriced per night. No one was around at checkout so my deposit return is going to take longer to receive back .

The afternoon front desk staff were extremely unhelpful/unprofessionalI stayed here for two nights during the Pinstripe Bowl (December 2024) and had a very disappointing experience. Check-in Issue: I made a mistake and forgot my physical credit card when I switched purses, though I had Google Pay with the same card saved digitally. I didn't realize the hotel doesn't accept Google Pay until check-in. While I understand this was my error, the front desk staff's response was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. They refused to call my sister to verify card information, wouldn't accept an emailed copy, and wouldn't even suggest other nearby hotels. This was frustrating since they had my ID and the reservation was made with the same card. I was visibly upset and in tears, and they showed zero empathy. When another Penn State alum I had just met offered to help pay, the staff interrogated us asking "Do you know each other?" When we explained we were both there for the game, I had to plead "Come on, help me out!" before the clerk finally went to speak with a manager. Room Quality: The bed was very uncomfortable - hard as a rock despite being large. The entryway has a motion-sensor light that kept turning on throughout the night, disrupting sleep. The highway noise was also quite loud. Overall: While I own my mistake about the card, the staff's rudeness and complete lack of customer service was unacceptable. I will not be staying here again.
