The rooms were a lot smaller than what I was told. The beds were 2 full and not 2 queens. The restroom kept leaking water when showering and the door didn’t close all the way. For the price we paid I would’ve expected more better room conditions. The elevators also were such- only 2 elevators for over 30 floors.

Overall the stay was good for the price. Rooms are a bit small. I went to withdrawal cash from the ATM in the lobby and it took money out of my account but never gave me Cash (twice to be exact ) I called my bank immediately. Fingers crossed that this will be resolved asap. I Had to walk to the bank branch down the street just to withdrawl cash.

Reserved a kind bed. It was California king which is smaller than regular king The room was very small even for an nyc room. Check in line had at least 25 people in it. Waited at the bar and paid 21$ for a cheap glass of wine. In the area of the hotel can fine a decent glass for less. The room was clean and quiet
