This hotel is beautifully situated between two major subway stops, each with multiple train lines. And it's only one stop away from Manhattan. A great location! We also enjoyed the vibrant life of Long Island City more than I thought we would. It's lively without being touristy. And the proximity to the East River, with its views of the Manhattan skyline, and the New York City Ferry system was another unexpected plus!

First time visit at this hotel and loved it from the moment we walked through the door. All of the staff were very helpful (had problems with the airconditioning after a couple of days, but were helped within minutes by being moved to another room). Special shout out to Douglas, who made us feel welcome from the very first second. He couldn't be any more friendly.

Stayed there twice. First time was no issues. Second time I checked into a room where the A/C wasn't working but as soon as I told the front desk, someone came up and tried to fix it. Convenient hotel close to 3 subway stations and plenty of food outlets, foodhalls and supermarkets. Douglas from reception was fantastic and was very friendly, welcoming and we had great chats. Rooms were newly renovated with a lovely bathroom and lots of TV channels Only negative was the hotel being next to the highway so little bit noisy until around midnight and again early morning. But they do provide earplugs

Perfect location to stay at if you do not want to stay in Manhattan. Subway is a 5 minute walk and only a few stops into Manhattan. Great neighborhood with plenty of food and coffee places. Douglas who checked us in and welcomed us back every day was wonderful!!!!

I wanted to give this hotel 5 stars because the staff couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. Literally. So amazing. However, our room's AC was broken and apparently ours wasn't the only one, they just couldnt get somone out to fix it. Thankfully the fan would turn on everything so often but our room never got below 75.
