It was my first time staying at this hotel, I was very impressed, from the staff at the front desk to the cleanliness of the hotel, the room and bathroom is big, the bed was quite comfortable. It is an ideal location to and from the airport, there’s a restaurant which is conveniently located in the building. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was beautiful a the room was clean. The only thing to note is they use a lot of perfume and cologne through the whole hotel, including the room. I have allergies so I am sensitive to it and that caused an allergic reaction.

I really enjoy my stay here, appreciating the convenient location within walking distance to Chinatown and the vibrant cultural scene there. The hotel is charming, with a cozy aesthetic and impeccable cleanliness, making it very inviting. The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and eager to assist with local recommendations and services, enhancing my experience. It's also not far from Upper Manhattan, allowing easy exploration of the city's northern neighborhoods. I particularly enjoyed my dinner at the hotel restaurant, which offers a diverse menu featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients and a comfortable dining atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable.

I was reserved an accessible room, however, my wheelchair could not move around easy as the room did not have a lot of space to maneuver and there was no bar by the toilet or shower bench for me to properly utilize the facilities.

In room 207 at midnight and at 7am there was an extremely loud “jackhammer” sound coming from inside the bathroom walls. It lasted 10-15 mins each time. It sounded like some type of grinding motor which made it impossible to sleep. The shuttle driver to the airport was extremely rude and yelled at a guest for using his cell phone in the shuttle. The driver refused to drive until the guest put his phone away. After that guest left the shuttle, the driver complained to me about him explaining he is a regular guest and he finds him extremely annoying because he speaks loudly in Urdu language. The driver is rude and racist. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The driver said NYC is stressful enough and he doesn’t need the hotel guests adding to this irritation.

The reception staff at Four Points by Sheraton, Flushing (Queens) were exceptionally helpful. I had misplaced my debit card upon arrival, and thanks to their incredible patience and support, I was able to contact my bank in England without any stress. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling alone don’t hesitate to stay here.
