The TV didn’t have many channels, 17 weren’t working, and nobody seemed to care. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall, and it was crooked. Housekeeping was terrible, never replaced toilet paper or Kleenex, after they came to the room. The shower drain filled up when the water was on. Not worth the money!

AC had burning smell in first room. They provided second room where wash basin had only hot water that could have caused burns. And they took days to partially fix. Front desk, don’t even bother to talk, they will not even say Hi when u go ask for something. Location is awesome. Breakfast staff amazing but food just average.

The location is conveniently within walking distance of Times Square, bus stops, and the train station. The rooms are well-maintained, and both the room and bathroom are kept clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job each day. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the person serving the waffles was very kind and friendly. Overall, I had a great stay.

It was a nice location. Breakfast was good, but only 2 elevators for the entire hotel including the staff. Our room was musty. And the auditioned was loud and struggling. The staff was very nice but the hotel really was not in great shape.

Everything was nice and comfortable overall and we were able to walk to all of the Broadway shows we saw comfortably and to get a Lyft to and from the airport easily from this hotel location. We would stay there again.

We arrived and one of our rooms had been canceled, causing us a lot of stress and hardship. They said our credit card had been declined. I had received an email before leaving home and called the hotel, and was told our rooms were still being shown as available and they couldn't see anything that Expedia did. Expedia repeatedly said we had to contact the hotel...and so on and so forth. Rather than the hotel trying to make it right, they charged us for 2 extra rooms because they had given our room with 2 double beds away. I would have expected them to give us an extra room complimentary or at a small charge due to the fact that our credit card being declined from them putting the charge through for each room separately had caused a fraud alert with American Express. Furthermore, after paying for extra rooms, the air conditioning didn't work in one of the rooms. This trip was a nightmare and we plan to do a chargeback on the credit card if we don't receive money back.
