small rooms, noisy from others next door and in the hallways, small lobby, room was very average and not updated. I will not stay here again given other options. NYC hotels need to do a better job updating their facilities, keeping them clean and charging a reasonable cost. You need to spend $500 a night for a decent hotel that is slightly better than "average"

We had a smooth check in with Kimberly. The staff in the lobby was very helpful to a bride going to her wedding. The facility was very clean and looked to be in good repair. Not quite but, not too loud to sleep. I don’t know if it was because we had an accessibility room, but there was no closet and no hangers. The bed was hard. My husband was in the lobby and a staff member tried to get him to sign up for the loyalty program and would not take the first no as an answer. We might stay there again, but would ask more questions about the reserved room.

We spent a Tuesday night at the Hilton Garden to attend a Wednesday taping of Late Night with Stephen Colbert. This was a great choice for the price. The room was a little small but very clean and right around the corner from the theater. Everyone was very nice at the hotel.

A comfortable night stay

Stayed one night. Used the valet parking service which costs $95. Check in is 3 PM which is one hour earlier than is usual at other hotels. The rooms HVAC was not working. It was repaired very quickly.
