Clean room, cleaning staff friendly and polite on elevator rides🙂, front desk female was super nice and efficient. Gentleman was rude. When I inquired about the amount I was being billed, his response was “ if I was trying to take your money, I would have charged more!” I was not told about the $50 in tax and $100 refundable deposit so a $311 charge was $460. Bathroom door needed to have the barn-door stop moved an inch so it would close.

Staff was great - friendly & professional. The room was reasonably clean but the Keurig coffee machine was broken, the towels were really tiny & rough as sandpaper & the mattress was uncomfortable. Plus at check-in they said my reservation for a room with a king size bed was not available & I was downgraded to a double queen. At checkout, I discovered I was charged for the higher price king, had to ask for an adjustment which gentleman at desk gave me no problem. You have great staff.but clearly management is ignoring, or doesn't care about, guest comfort & guest experience - make sure coffee machines work & buy decent towels & mattresses for god's sake.. Didn't expect much to begin with & Garden managed to underperform any minimum expectations. Overall, crappy experience & waste of money.

I've stayed here before. Great location. Rooms are comfortable. Front desk staff was not particularly friendly or prompt. Biggest problem is the elevators. Incredibly slow. I used the stairs all the time.

Clean room. Pretty small for 2 adults and 2 kids but we managed. The queen beds were comfortable. There was maid service and staff was quick to help.

I prepaid for my room. At check in, they charged me an additional $100.00 for Incidental fees. I did get this money back. Although a smoke free hotel, the elevator reeked of marijuana! Later on when we activated the heating in the room, we could smell marijuana again. On a positive note the staff was friendly.
