You had to wait in excess of 15-20 minutes to get an elevator to go up to our room as well as down from our room. On three occasions we had to use the stairway twenty floors to get to our room or lobby. There was only hot water on one of the three days we were there. The air conditioning worked the first night but would not cool the room the following two nights. The gym was closed due to repair. We expressed our issues to the staff but never received any assistance or had any of these issues resolved during our stay. We wanted to find other accommodations, but everything in our area was booked. I would nort stay at this property again or recommend it to anyone else.

Price and location were excellent. Property was a little older, room was small, and bed comfort was so-so. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We got to the hotel at 11am (4 hours early for check in), and they were going to hold our bags for us until check in, but instead a room was ready so they let us in right away. I would stay there again.

Great, central location

We were happy with our stay in the well-located hotel. We really liked that fact that it is situated between two excellent restaurants and has an authentic NY diner around the corner. Our room was large enough with adequate bathroom space. The staff is particularly friendly and helpful and we were greeted every time we returned. We will stay at this location again as it offers excellent value for what is offered.
