The location for this hotel is amazingly close to everything we needed. The room was clean and well-outfited. The Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast buffet isn't the best, but wonderful due to it being free. We didn't use the laundry. My only complaint is the homeless folks and drug use that occurs outside and nearby the hotel. I know you can't change the public however. We will indeed stay here again on our next trip.

I really liked everything except for a few things. I didn't like the service at the reception, and unfortunately, they didn't tell me about the important check-out time and the meals time, they didn't tell us about the hotel, and the reception woman was a bit rude. I was also placed on the second floor, even though I was traveling with friends and we wanted to stay on the same floor. The room was very dark, and it was difficult to wake up in the morning. There was very little light, and it was very dim. Additionally, after every use of the shower, the bathroom floor would be flooded with water, and the walls were not sealed, which was very uncomfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfasts! It definitely saved me a lot of money and they were delicious. Stuff also helped me open doors when my hands were full of plates.

It was a perfect location for walking to the shows on Broadway and Times Square! The room was clean, bed was comfy and the small kitchen was great! The staff were ever so helpful and the free breakfast every morning was one to look forward to! We will definitely stay here again! We had a fabulous time!

Free breakfast and free hot drinks all around the clock.Staff was professional and friendly.Hotels proximity to Penn station means easy transportation to and from JFK airport,unless you prefer taxi ride.

Great NYC Hotel

The best place we have ever stayed in NYC. Close to everything but the hotel is wonderful. Everyone goes out of their way to help you and everyone is so friendly. Great breakfast choices and changed choices daily. coffee, hot cocoa and tea available in lobby all of the time. Rooms were clean nice and good size. Will definitely return
