Room was not ready until 4:00 and after I went back to the front desk and asked for an update. The terrace was full of snow as well. The staff has been great, but we were disappointed with the wait as well as the extra charge for a terrace we could not use.

Great stay, a little bit more could have been made about the fact we were celebrating our 30th wedding anuverary, but the sraff were fantastic. One down side was having to fight our way through yhe crowds of tourists who were always outside the front door of the hotel, it was anoying, when posdible we used the side door through the shops. Also i would have preferred an option of an a la carte menu in the palm court restaurant
