This hotel had the friendliest staff I've ever encountered in all of New York! I visit every couple months and have stayed at a different hotel every time, Innside will be the only hotel I stay at from here on out. Other than the staff being super friendly and polite, the hotel itself is SPOTLESS!! The location is central to everything and they had multiple dining options in premise.

The bad: My coffee machine didn't work and the TV only had local channels and wouldn't let me stream or connect with joining the Wi-Fi which was not password protected, for safety purposes I never connect to unprotected wifi, that was disappointing
