My main issue, which I reported to front desk staff, was that the shower curtain did not extend the width of the shower/tub allowing water to get all over the bathroom floor. Very much a safety hazard that can be easily fixed.

The room is so small two people cannot fit in the room and the bed is not a normal queen size is much smaller, you cannot open the luggage in the room, it may be only good if you stay 1 or 2 nights the most as the hotel is located midtown and in a very convenient location. There is no water in the room they just give two complimentary water bottles at time of check in, if you need water in the middle of the night to get some medicine you have to step out of the hotel and go to cvs this is what the front desk told me until I escalated to the manager and eventually they sent water to my room.

Small Rooms, a little darker. Escribimos con anticipación para reservar dos cuartos seguidos ya que éramos una familia y no cabiamos en uno solo. No atendieron nuestra solicitud y en recepción la persona que nos atendió no se tomo ni el mas minimo esfuerzo para ayudarnos. El servicio de aseo bien y el mantenimiento del cuarto bien. El aire acondicionado un poco loco.

Our room was smart although rather small. Our only small complaint was the limited tea/coffee facilities in our room. Hotel location is excellent and we could easily walk to all the main attractions. Staff were helpful and very friendly. We were able to leave luggage safely with them before and after check in. The roof top bar has a phenomenal view of the Empire State Building. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Good stay in midtown

Reasonable size room for NYC. Lobby is lively. Rooftop bar has great views. Bathroom door automatically closes which seems a little different but the bathroom is great. Zero entry shower is cool but uses a lot of towels to dry up the floor after. Room has a small refrigerator to store drinks.

Cute and convenient location.

Really wish there were cozy robes to wear. Did not receive complimentary water, and the mini fridge is empty so there’s no snacks to select from for purchase. Bed comfort was alright but not very cozy. Cool rooftop bar. Located near all the major spots.

Excellent location for theatre and garment areas. Nice staff. Upscale property and good variety of restaurants. Only unfortunate thing is they don’t have food-related room service, you have to order and pick up separately from the downstairs restaurant.
