Evening reception staff (one individual) was quite rude. Room was tiny and very dark. Terrible lighting for getting dressed or putting on makeup. Bathroom door could not be kept open. Location however was excellent

The resort fee is ridiculous. The “gym” is tiny and smelled like mildew. No bathroom toiletries like lotion, cotton tips or shower cap. No robes or slippers. And no tea or water kettle. Overpriced for what you get.

A great stay. Perfect location for theatre and midtown venues. Fun decor and energetic vibe. "Cozy" rooms, but very clean with sleek design and incredible view of Empire State Building. Warm and friendly staff. Loved the rooftop bar.
