Room had roaches on the bed. Had to change rooms. Manager made it better but still it was very outdated hotel. they did remodels like putting lipstick on a pig. will more than likely never stay here again. only cool thing was the location and the butcher and banker steakhouse was super cool. they will also charge you to hold your bags at bell desk 5.00 bag such a rip off never in my life have i stayed at a hotel that they charged to hold your bags. poor service very sassy employees. to bad. i’m being nice giving them 2 stars. also the pictures on expedia looked nothing like the actual hotel the pictures look way to nice compared to what you actually get. i would not recommend way nicer hotels to stay at.

The staff (Olympia and DeMarkus) were wonderful. We weren’t happy with our room (be sure to select the renovated rooms on the executive floor) and the staff made it right. We will stay there again for sure. Location is great.

The room and amenities were fine. However, after I checked out the hotel charged me a $620 fee for "smoking" when there was no smoking or vaping done in the room. I used a Dyson Airwrap, which caused steam to be in the room.

The room was not worth the $315 a night I paid for. The door to the bathroom didn't shut, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom, which meant that when you took a hot shower(In December), it was extremely humid and just made everything all wet. The staff was nice but the room was not worth that much. Maybe $200 but thats it.

Totally serviceable hotel. Not too many bells or whistles at this price point, but I just wanted to be close to Madison Square Garden and you can't be location of the hotel for that. I mainly took off a star because no one would answer the phone when I called the concierge or the staff using the dedicated buttons on the phone in my room. All I wanted to know what which floor had an ice machine, because there wasn't one on my floor, nor was there a sign in the vending area on my floor directing me to an ice machine.
