The room was very clean. The staff was excellent. The hotel is located in a great area, we walked all over Manhattan. I would recommend this hotel. They do not have coffee or a refrigerator in the rooms, but there is a coffee bar in the lobby and a great restaurant for breakfast.

Outdated. TV is old fashioned, if I’m not mistaken it’s still a digital money and some channels are analog. No refrigerator and no coffee maker. Was told to have them in your room would cost $75/day. I stayed 10days that would have cost me $750, it’s hilarious.. then, at check in, you have to pay $40resort fee a day on top of what you pay for your room. The value is not there at all. The only good thing is the location that’s about it.

We paid extra for a city view. The room had two headboards in front of the windows blocking the view. Also, our room is above the elevator room and the elevator noise never stopped. 4 nights of banging and roaring underneath us.

Staff was nice but hotel can use some TLC. Paint peeling on doors, bathroom door wouldn’t close, and keys constantly gave us trouble and we’d have to go down 20 + floors to the desk to have resolved. Great location but overpriced for lackluster room.

We had clean room, good security. The trattoria restaurant was excellent. The breakfast at Tic Tok restaurant were big. Please notice the Hotel, our room get cold to soon, the cold filtered inside the room 1984, when the windows were closed. We felt the wind coming inside. We could administrate the temperature of the air conditioner so we did had the possibility of warming the room. We asked for a room with queen bed, but they gave us a full size bed. (we did not complained about it.)

Staff were so rude. Room was so old, rusty and dirty. Nothing in the room not even cups for water. Room was tiny. No one helped with our bags or even offered. So loud, could hear all street noise. My credit card has been charged for things after I stated which make no sense and I cannot contact the hotel. Would not recommend was terrible.
