Parking was directly in front of the hotel. Convenient. The lobby was ice cold. I had to walk around looking for the front desk person as he was talking to another employee in a hall off the main hall, but he was very friendly and efficient once he started the check-in process. The room key card didn't work well, and after my guest and I both had trouble getting back into the room numerous times, I had to go down to the front desk for a replacement key. The room was small, the shower took 8-10 minutes of running to get hot, and there were no hooks in the room to hang anything. Very strange setup.

Parking was extremely tight. It was easy to have a fender bender. In order to get into and out of a spot I would have to back up and move forward 5 or 6 times. Parking was extremely limited on the street. Room was extremely small. Bathroom was adequate. Our tv did not work. We did not have it available for 1 night. A worker fixed it the following day.

Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable. There was an odd smell in the room when I first arrived, and the sound of phone calls from the next room was very loud, making it hard to sleep. The hot water was also inconsistent. I hope these issues can be improved.

In spite of checking in at 10 PM with early update on check in time, room was unclean after previous guest left..had to wait 20+ min at reception. Room must be ready by check in time which is 2 or 3 PM. Coffee facilities in lobby should work early mornings as well..round the clock. Had to fetch water from room causing inconvenience. This can be improved
