Great check in, great location.....just very close to theatre, reraurants, Times Square, also quiet. Older beds, but comfortable, old A/C, but we used it sparingly since it wasn't hot outside

This hotel is in a great location it was so easy to walk to many local attractions and the room was a good size and very clean. It’s an older hotel and it looks like it but the location makes up for this.

Such a cool old hotel. We enjoyed our stay there. The only downside is we were on the street side and didn’t get much sleep. As the saying goes, New York is the city that doesn’t sleep. They definitely do not. Construction, traffic etc.

The location was excellent, but the hotel needs improvements. The room was smaller than in the photos and cleanliness was just okay. The building is very old, there was no proper heater, and the water wasn’t consistently hot — I had to take cold showers sometimes. Staff was fine. Decent for the location, but overall could be much better.

Fella working behind the desk has great energy. Good location, very walkable. Small problem with one of the beds but they had maintenance in the room within 5 minutes. It was great!

Everyone here was so courteous, friendly, and inviting. The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything — from travel information to get back to the airport, to suggestions on where to eat, and even helpful Subway guidance. Truly exceptional service. We traveled as a family and had zero complaints. The space was clean, comfortable, and our room was absolutely perfect. Excellent, excellent, excellent all around. We would definitely stay here again!
