The room was incredibly warm, we were unable to adjust the temperature in our room and it was recommended we open the window. There was no window screen and we had a stairs leading up to our room from our window.

Lovely 5 night stay here, rooms are clean and really spacious. Would have liked a kettle and fridge in the room as on the photos but it was great and we could get ice etc downstairs. It was quiet at night and literally out the door to Times Square. Staff friendly.

The rooms were clean but could use some attention. Phone chargers would not stay in worn out outlets. Hot water temps were spotty, windows were drafty and old in room hot water heat radiators did not work well causing the room to be very cold. The staff did change our room the next day but unfortunately the water pressure in the new room was worse than the first. Overall for the price the hotel worked for sleeping and it's saving grace was the amazing location to Time Square and Broadway. I would stay again based on the cleanliness and location.

Nice boutique hotel. Convenient location, very clean, but LOUD. No fault of the hotel, but 45th is busy at all hours of the night. Sirens, horns, cars, people, and all other noises makes it impossible to sleep. Bed was extremely hard.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Not only is it close to everything, but the staff is amazing and accommodating. We were able to check in early and only paid a small early check-in fee, (25$) which honestly was a blessing because we were able to explore and enjoy the city.

only 2 elevators right by each that everyone must use, it was delayed on certain days due to traffic and I was on the 8th floor. I climbed the stairs on numerous occasions

Super Clean and wonderfully efficient. There was city noise from outside, but it was easily managed by a sound machine. This place is central to all things Times Square/Rockefeller center with easy check in and pleasant, helpful staff.

Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. i wish i had an alarm clock and something that offered maybe USB plug ins on the nightstand, but all in all, it was a great stay. will definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

The room was very basic and minimal but in good enough condition. We booked here for location first and foremost and it can not be beaten. We were 1/2 block from Times Square with easy subway access to EVERYTHING in NYC. Amazing value for our family stay and so convenient as our home base. We look forward to a return visit!
