Buyer beware

My score would have been higher had I not got scammed by the woman at the front desk at checkout.. I asked for a taxi to the airport and when I black suburban suv showed up I told her I asked for a taxi… she said it acts as a cab as did the driver.. I was never told how much it would be even though I asked. COMINT to the hotel a few days earlier in a cab I paid $90 with a tip.. that’s what was expecting.. so imagine my shock when we got to airport and was told $115 because I used my card ( no charge in cab) I was shocked and realized I had been scammed… beware… I plan to file a complaint against this employee…

Hotel is excellent location and room is nice. Tip for management: we had prepaid breakfast, but was still presented with a bill and had to pay a service fee. Great way to ruin an otherwise good experience. We the people don't care if it's legal or not to invent an extra service fee -- "paid" or "included" breakfast means that.

Brilliant hotel

Hotel in a perfect location just off wall street. Staff very friendly, helpful and provided a high standard of service. Breakfast choices fantastic food, presentation and service first class. Rooms in very good condition, just returned after a 1 week stay. No great clothing storage however didnt mind living out suitcase. Tea and coffee maching in room. TV in room with great channel choices. Subway a 2 minute walk from hotel takes you right up to Penn station and time square. We could not complain at all about the hotel, it was perfect for our stay and we would definitely go back if we return to NY. Special thanks to Jennifer our breakfast server she was first class is every way.
