This is budget accommodation in New York terms ... still very expensive from my point of view. It's basic, a tiny space with bunk beds for two of us, but it's clean and the bathroom is good, and once we got used to the place we enjoyed it. The staff on the desk are very busy and not helpful to guests but that's not a real problem. One really good thing is that there is a bar that serves only drinks in the evening, but there is a rather cool eating area so you can bring your own takeaway food in the evening and enjoy the space. We got Turkish takaways from the place next door to the hotel. We only found the eating area on our second day as we weren't told about it by the staff. As I said, they aren't helpful, but we would happily stay here again.

Room was smaller than expected for two people but it was clean, bed was very comfortable. The lamp was broken for one of the beds which was unfortunate. The staff were all very friendly.

As a solo female traveler, my experience with Pod was amazing. It was pretty safe. Easy check in and out process. The room was small but clean. It was nearby to Times Square, walkable distance to Top of Deck Observatory and Summit One. Would stay here the next time visiting to NY.

Very convenient! Within walking distance of Times Square and the pier. Within waking distance of Penn Station. Very busy and well populated area until about 9:30pm, we felt safe coming and going. Small, innovative space, which we loved. Would consider our go-to location for NYC visits in the future

Sink didn’t work or drain properly during my stay. Room is small but manageable for a short weekend trip if you are just sightseeing. Location is the best part of this hotel as you are close to time square and only a short walk up to Central Park and 5th avenue.
