The room with the bunk bed was kinda like a tiny cruise ship room but with a real bathroom! Lol It did smell a bit like stale clothes when we walked in but the window opened so we aired it out some. Everything we really needed with nice staff.

Overall an excellent experience. The bed was comfortable, the water in the shower was hot. It was pretty quiet considering it’s right on 42nd Street.

The location was good, the room extra small it was difficult to have our luggage open and walk in the room, the restroom in our room was NOT private, I wish the door would fully close and I wish it did not have frosted glass. I also wish they had and Ice machine or mini fridge

Everything you need when sightseeing in NYC

Prime location for all those that want to be close to all Manhattan attractions with good links to subway, busses, hop on hop off busses etc. We were warmly greeted at the check out. Rooms are cleaned daily. Modern, quiet and comfy for Manhattan standards with all necessary amenities. A lot of dinning options around. It was my son's birthday present and we were upgraded to room with a great view. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to focus on visiting Manhattan.

Big Apple Tourist Place to Stay

If you just need a place to rest your feet and sleep, then this place is for you. Our room had a twin over twin bunkbed with plenty of charging ports, reading lights, and a bluetooth-capable TV for each bunk. Rain-drop shower with separated sprayer, shampoo etc included. It was all we needed for our trip to the Big Apple near Times Square.

I was visiting NYC for work. The location was great- walkable from my arrival by train and walkable to where I was working ( near the UN building) but also to sites like Columbus Circle, Times Square and to Broadway shows/theaters. Very clean with needed amenities such as hangers ( most places do not have sufficient numbers), hair dryer ( one that really worked!), good internet, etc. Bare bones furniture ( bed, desk and chair) but I knew that prior to arrival. When I travel to NYC, I don't spend my day in the hotel room- I want to be out and about. Excellent value for price. Will book again for both business and pleasure trips to NYC.

Perfect “cheaper” (meaning $300ish vs $400+ elsewhere nearby, so by all means not cheap) option right in mid-town. Great use of space with small rooms but it was fine! Beautiful cafe on lobby level with great options.
