Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of options. We stayed here because we flew into LaGuardia and it was close to the airport and we were leaving early on a driving tour of the East coast.

Basic and all that was needed. Staff were efficient at check in. Breakfast had what we needed. Short walk to a subway line that goes all of the way to manhattan. Perfect place for a simple short NYC trip.

There was so much noise at night I had trouble sleeping. I think some of it was guests in other rooms, some was hotel equipment clanging and whirring, and some was hotel staff pushing carts, slamming doors, and talking. The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was nearly inedible. The good news is that it felt safe enough and was reasonably (but not entirely) clean. Also, there is a really cool Asian mall nearby with tons of great restaurants.
