The location was convenient and staff was friendly. No convenient access to meals, the restaurant downstairs was always packed and couldn’t place an order on the phone or in person (without a very long wait). The bathrooms were a bit run down and tiny.

Junior king suite was great for the 4 of us and was much bigger than expected for a NYC hotel room. The staff were very kind and having breakfast and the daily credit were great perks!!! Location was fantastic. The only thing holding me back from giving it 5 stars was there was construction going on. Overall would stay here again! And highly recommended for families- the subway is right at the corner and it made getting home from Rockefeller center and Times Sq so much easier!
