Several items including floorboards and shower door handles were broken. My window was broken as well so I had the loud noises of nyc all night long. A repairman came and tried to fix it but to no avail. The hotel is fine but my room Was not well maintained.

I chose Moxy totally on location. Moxy is a two minute walk from the condo my family live (two grandchildren!). Moxy is a hotel with a young working crowd - professionals. I have stayed twice now (four nights each time) and have another booking for May. My grandchildren love it because it has a Skee Ball game (free). Each night after dinner (at their condo) the three of us walked to the Moxy, had Shirley Temples from the Bar and played Skee Ball. They were the only children - but when I checked out, an about three year old was checking in (with parents), so children do come! Moxy is a cool hotel, not fancy, not formal, sort of "out there". Perfect location, friendly. Look at the photos of it - that is the Moxy!
