Great hotel and life saver

Stayed here great view. Great service loved the front desk people will always stay here. I left hotel Oyo just to come here because they had bugs in the shower and was so unsafe with a small elevator. The security here is great and actually work and do their jobs. No marijuana smell. Had clean dining as well. Plus the free water.

Extremely rude manager. I had an issue with my check in and she couldn’t have been more miserable. Everyone else I interacted with was very pleasant, that it’s unfortunate one manager could give the hotel a bad rep.

We requested the invoices be separated into three different payments and even sent the information prior to arrival. This was not done and we had to wait with 12 people in our group in the lobby.
