The room was incredibly uncomfortable. It's meant for one person, not two. I've never been in such an uncomfortable hotel in NYC. There's barely enough room for luggage. Things were broken in the room. The towels smelled bad.

The rooms are tiny but solid and immaculate. The rooftop lounge is soaked in an immense vista of buildings above and other rooftops below. The staff are friendly and helpful when asked.
