Hôtel très agréable et idéalement situé, à environ 40 minutes à pied de Times Square et à 20 minutes en métro. Le quartier de Chinatown ainsi que le pont de Brooklyn se trouvent également à proximité. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant et fait tout son possible pour vous aider, même si vous ne parlez pas anglais. Les chambres sont superbes, et l’établissement se distingue par sa propreté et son confort.

A novel experience that serves as preview for a Japanese capsule motel! While the only food would be in vending machines, it was a pleasant and affordable way to lodge in the city. The size of the sleeper cabins encourages one to be on the city streets more than idling in their room. Perfect, as that's that I should be doing anyway! But lest this sound like an uncharitable review, I want to say that I had a good sleep each night, even with the open ceilings, and the bathroom and showers were a pleasure to use. They didn't skimp on the toiletries. Is it a luxury hotel with full service? No, nor does it claim to be. Is it a safe and secure place to sleep and get freshened up for the next day? Absolutely. Will strongly consider in the future.

Honestly the location is perfect, staff are great and they are constantly cleaning. If you’re a light sleeper maybe not the beat as there is no ceiling but for me it was perfect. People need to turn their phone alarms off tho as that was insane but other than that I would absolutely stay here again.

Nowhere on the hotel website do they show that these are not real hotel rooms. I've never seen anything like it. There is no actual room, you're in semi enclosed walls, no ceilings, with about 50 other people. I was up all night from the noise

the room was tiny, but really all you need if you're on a budget. bed, pillow, blankets were great. I would have appreciated a water cooler, fountain on my floor. The bathroom and showers were dark and uninviting.

This is a hostel-type accommodation, with shared showers, toilets, and washing stations. If that is what you want, you may want to stay here. It was meticulously clean, end-to-end. The “cabins” (32 sq ft) do not have a ceiling, but open into a common space above with slats to prevent unauthorized entry. There are not private sinks for washing up (common showers and privies are private). The rules prohibit phone calls, smoking etc and were observed well. Sound machines made for good sleeping. There is no elevator. It’s a safe. clean hostel, but it’s listed as a 3 star hotel, which it is not.

With open ceilings it is noisy. The staff fail to stop those who are noisy. If you don't mind interrupted sleep, it's ok.
