Highly Recommended

We are fans of CitizenM having stayed at several of their properties. They are all exceptionally well-run with excellent staffs. If you want something different from the tired chain hotels, give them a try. The NYC Times Square Hotel is a well-located quiet oasis in a busy area.

Loved the location of the property. So easy to access various subway lines. The lobby was eclectic and we really enjoyed the vibe. The staff were super helpful. Also enjoyed the rooftop bar. Appreciated that the staff did not push for a purchase, but allowed us to relax and then order a drink at our leisure. Given that it is in NYC, a small space is to be expected. Our room was very very tight but done in a thoughtful way. There was a drawer under the bed to store my bag and clothes. The shower was walled with frosted glass...that would be my only recommendation to them...offer some degree of privacy. I was staying with my daughter and we made an arrangement amongst ourselves to ensure that both people had privacy when using the bathroom. For the price, I would expect a little better. Otherwise, I loved everything about this place.

It s a nice hotel with great service. I gave 4 vs 5 stars for two things. I was in room 501. One, about every ten seconds the TV in the room would pixilate and the sounds also impacted. Two, i could hear the elevators going up and down enough where it took extra time to fall asleep (not super loud but annoying enough all the same).
