The room's temperature fluctuated between excessively hot and frigid, lacking any effective climate control; consequently, we utilized the gas oven for heating. The second-floor room was not recently renovated. Its location offered convenient proximity to 30 Rockefeller Plaza, Times Square, and the subway system. They have excellent cleaning staff who works hard to keep the dated property presentable.

In general, the location was very convenient and the room was clean. Great to have a full fridge and microwave in the room. Staff was nice and our room was ready early which was a huge help to us. The old windows and doors provide absolutely zero sound protection so bring ear plugs. Only cause for concern were the elevators - not the hotels fault necessarily but they sway side to side, feel very unstable, the buttons don’t work sometimes, and it kept taking us to the basement. One of the two went out of commission and the staff uses them all day (assume there’s no service elevator) so it can be quite a while just to get one, we ended up taking the stairs down quite a bit.

Room was clean. Staff was nice. The little kitchenette would have been amazing had we been staying for more than one night. Only thing I would note is that the rooms have physical keys with a clunky key chain so be prepared to carry those.

Radio City apartments

Favorite place to stay when seeing a show on Broadway. Never disappointed! Friendly staff rooms are spacious, considering it’s the city and most have kitchenettes. Great value and convenience plus safety the trifecta !

I was walking from this subway to this hotel. I accidentally passed by RCA due to not seeing the signing. For anyone on foot attempting to locate this place, the main thing to remember is RCA is next door to Pasta Lovers. The Pasta Lovers sign is more visible from the sidewalk. I arrived at 11:30AM. The person at the desk was very friendly. RCA even allowed me to go to my room early due to it being ready at no additional charge, which I thought was nice. I had a small room on the 8th floor. The room itself was very clean and having the kitchen was wonderful. The room came with a toaster, which I found useful. In terms of noise, you can hear traffic outside, however, being in NYC, I expected this and it wasn't an issue. In terms of location, very convenient. During my stay, I was able to walk to see the shows Wicked, Hamilton, and Little Shop of Horrors. I was also able to walk to the bus stop for Big Bus Tours and to Times Square. If given the opportunity, I would definitely stay here again.

It is always a great stay here. We got here early to drop off our bags and they let us check right in. It was such a bonus. Staff is lovely stay was great.

Hotel was great. Room was clean. The room was a little cold with no abilty to control heating. Hotel is walking distance to subway station, shops, restaurants and theatres. Front desk staff were friendly. Overall, very pleasant stay.

We love Radio City Apartments and I’d typically give 5 stars but on this occasion we were so disappointed and saddened— we unmistakably left something of sentimental value in our room. We called the same day we checked out and they claimed to not have it. We know for certain it was left there and exactly where in the room we left it. Of course it was our fault for leaving it behind. It’s just so disappointing and disheartening that the hotel staff would keep our property and lie about it.
