Even though we paid extra to have breakfast included, well no breakfast!!! They claim that either they didn’t receive food delivered… what the whole week, people were very upset, some were told to go to the supermarket which is 15+ minutes walk. Manager did do anything, a family told us that they were there since Wednesday and two out of four days so far no breakfast.

This hotels neighborhood is terrifying at night giving the feeling of getting mugged everytime you come out. Overall better of staying in some place in manhattan even though its a bit pricey. Breakfast area is too congested and crowded. The sliding rooms on this room with 2 queen beds is a huge inconvenience and it creates a lack of privacy. Dont go for this type of room if you have bigger kids or really small kids.However the staff were friendly and nice.

The staff there lied to me and to hotels.com, double charged me and will not reimburse me even though hotels.com recorded the conversation. I’ve never actually been treated this way by a Marriott. It’s also crowded, the breakfast bar was mobbed, and the location sucks.

The property & our room along with the condition or our room was perfect !! AC was cold for our comfort. Public transportation was a bit of a walk, but not too bad. We used UBER a lot. We received room maintenance every day when we were out when we weren’t expecting it !! My son & I had our own very comfortable QUEEN beds. And breakfast was WAY BETTER than expected !!

This hotel is really good. Rooms are clean and comfy. Very well use of limited space they have around NYC. Lots of options in their breakfast menu. My family really liked it very much. Staff is very courteous. One thing - premise outside the hotel is bit noisy and not great. If you are travelling alone or with family, recommend Rental car or taxi to commute around Manhattan. Overall perfect place to stay if you are arohnd NYC.
