The hotel feels old and it takes long time for A/C to start working. The front desk guy is very friendly and helpful, and was able to help with all the needs. However, this hotel shares the same building as a shelter, which makes it quite unsafe to stay here. Also it is very loud throughout the night.

This place doesn’t look like pictured. The room they gave us. Look crazy, had a door they was hiding with other stuff, Scary room, then you walk in to front desk it’s 3 security guards sleeping. Like why is it guards here. The place was dirty and smell like a homeless camp. Just felt unsafe even with the sleeping guards

Good central location. Room is large but a strange lobby / check in area. Always a lot of security workers sitting at the entry door and near elevators. One of the workers was sleeping in the morning about 7 am.

I should’ve done my research thoroughly. This hotel is also a shelter. Front desk staff weren’t friendly and got upset because we asked for our garbage to he taken out.

Fair condition of room. Close to subway. My biggest complaint is there was no hot water. Just barely warm and the toilet did not flush well. Very slow. Customer service here and their 4 security guards could be improved. Not very welcoming.

The room was quite small, but the view would have been good if the windows had been clean. However, though the linens were clean and pillows good, the mattress was extremely hard and the single blanket not adequate. We had an non functioning light by one side of the bed, and though the staff tried to replace the bulb, the fixture appears to be broken. Overall, the place is a bit run down and sad. We will not be coming back, even with the low prices. The staff made us come down to reception to get the wifi code even though we called up for it.

It should be disclosed that this hotel also serves as a homeless shelter through DHS. Security was asleep every time we entered and exited facility. We have photos of all the staff asleep and homeless in and out.
All floors were serving as shelters besides the one we were on.
