Cigarette burns in the sheets, half the lights didn’t work, no one ever cleaned our room, safe was broken, we could hear other clients yelling at staff. Staff was rude, except the cleaning staff, people smoked in the building. It was honestly a shockingly bad stay.

The true definition of “mid”, double booked original room attempted to down grade us into a basement room for less instead of upgrading an Expedia gold member. Not all the amenities in either room works, walls super thin. Good for short stays and quick turn arounds

I would NEVER stay here. They are corrupt and non-responsive, liars saying they will get back to you during the Government Shutdown, taking advantage! Criminally and borderline illegal during the crisis in not issuing a ~$600 refund, as I did not stay at the hotel only 1 night out of 5 after pre-paying!! The office stated they would return the call in an hour, but never did nor confirmed with Expedia to issue a refund. When and they avoid/ignore calls!
