Room smelt moldy, there weren’t any toiletries or slippers. It was loud, I could hear guests closing doors and using the stairs in the hallway. There should be a bathroom fan installed in each room.

The room and bathroom were worn but clean. The room had a refrigerator. The air conditioning functioned properly, The hotel provided coffee in the lobby seemingly 24/7. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Only one of the two elevators seemed to function reliably for the three days I stayed.

Room felt more like a cell than a hotel room--tiny window at one corner of the wall. Noisy outside with construction. Very basic amenities. The staff were very helpful and the location was quite convenient for shows and close to Grand central and Bryant Park. I might stay again, but so many better options around.
