The location and room were great very clean. Room service has a bit of work to do asked for pillows and it took 2 phone calls than clean towels took 3 phone calls and 3 hours.

Elevators are terrible and simply can't cope with the amount of guests meaning you can spend an unreasonable amount of time to get to your room. One of the staff was quite rude to me and for no reason. Room service was mediocre. The room was clean and the location is great, but I won't be staying here again.

with the lights under the bed, you could see that the floors were dusty....The lighting in the room is not great and with cloudy outside, the room I would say is not dark....the shower was awesome...nice pressure and a nice bathroom. Brunch was decent....staff was friendly...

Excellent service/staff, clean and comfortable room. Smallish rooms but served us well for a girls weekend to NYC where we were spending most of our time out and about. Location right off Bryant Park with proximity to everything was excelllemt!!!
