They turn off the water for an hour without notice. As a result, I was delayed to the event that was the sole purpose of my travel. Their accommodation was a few bottles of water without charge 😑

Staff was very helpful and nice. Only complaints was that I paid for a king bed but they ran out and had two double beds. Also when we turned the heat up the ac area was blowing dust around the room.

Room was small but fine for a 2 night stay. It was very noisy at night-from people going in and out the door to the stairs. Door slammed shut every time. Reception staff were not able to offer any directions or a map on how to get to the US Open which was a bit disappointing. The elevator was ridiculously slow.
