When you step into an elegant, centrally located New York hotel and you are greeted by the Manager Scott professionally liasing with his dedicated staff it is a refreshing change . Jessica and Yoan made us feel very welcomed and assisted with our enquiries. Gaston and Lazaro were efficient and courteous and Alina was so obliging with our housekeeping needs . What a fabulous team a real credit to you Scott !!

We loved out stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. The reception area is nice, quiet and welcoming. The staff is super friendly. Great location in the heart of Manhattan.
