The staff was very accommodating. The location was perfect. Walking distance to many shopping and dining areas. The area was quiet and very well maintained. I had a beautiful view of The Empire State Building from my hotel room. The room was very clean. Far exceeded my expectations.

Stayed here for 6 nights while in NY, excellent location. Beautiful clean comfortable and spacious refurbished double room. Staff were very friendly and helpfull, concierge(Anthony) went above and beyond to assist us, especially on our last day organising transport to JFK. Girls weekend

Friend get together in NYC needed a hotel. Booked this last minute and discovered a perfect hotel. Price was reasonable, location was perfect for my needs. Service was friendly and efficient. Room was spacious, clean and updated. Free amenities were an added bonus. I always qualified for a ‘free bottle of wine’. What was not to love. 10/10
