Check-in was extremely disappointing. I called Friday night to let the staff know I’d be arriving early due to multiple flight cancellations from the shutdown, and I was told I would be charged an additional fee for early check-in. I arrived Sunday morning around 10 AM, and the agent at the front desk was rude, unhelpful, and insisted I wait until 1 PM. She never called or notified me when the room was ready—I sat in the lobby the entire time, directly in front of her, and watched other guests check in and receive rooms while I was ignored. This was a work trip, and the level of disrespect was unacceptable. The hotel itself is nice, but the service was terrible. To make matters worse, housekeeping began banging on my door at 8 AM on Monday—even with the privacy light on. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations.
