Overall, I would categorize this stay as average. Starting from positives the rooms were clean, and location and view was great. We had a nice view of the Empire State Building. There was a nice gym and pool area. Our experience was however negatively influenced by the barely functioning A/C. Despite having it set at 65 for the duration of our stay the room was always too warm to be comfortable. Service was also average as we had to repeatedly ask for water bottles to be sent to our room. Only after the third time did they actually bring us one, and they were at least kind enough to not charge it. I am not sure if I would stay here again. Definitely not a five star hotel experience.

the hotel was excellent and the checxk in was smooth and the room was ready before 3:00. the bar and pool are fun and the location is good. The room is bright and comfortable. the only complaint is that the elevator key card system is difficult and frustrating
