Absolutely unbelievable

An incredible stay at the Virgin NYC. We had the sky Chamber empire view on the 29th. It’s was incredible. Best view. Sunrise every morning. Room was super spacious with a seperate dressing and shower room. Views from the roof were insane and the west view for sunset is great. Riff Raff Bar is fun late night. Hotel staff were attentive and always happy. Couldn’t recommend enough. Great value for the price. I searched over 30 hotels for this trip. Didn’t regret at all.

Requested an early check in days before but did not get into the room until 4PM. It was a bit frustrating because check in stated at least 3PM. Not really worth it for the price although the view was beautiful. No trash bags in trash cans, no fresh towels 2/4 nights. Just not the best experience overall.
