Basic hotel. They were supposed to do something for my husband's birthday but they did nothing. We got a room with no view, nobody ever greeted us during our stay. Resort fee is ridiculous. There's a lot of other hotels that offer more for less money.

They didn't empty the garbage or replenish the towels even when we asked for service. After 2 tries they said for us to put the garbage in the hall. But they never picked up the used towels after we were there for 4 days.

I picked this hotel based on location and amenities. I do not plan on staying here again. For what I paid nightly, the staff should have been much more friendly and helpful. Also, little things that added up: very loud heating/cooling system, limited access to upstairs bar/restaurants, long wait time for elevators, etc. I do not recommend.
