Very centrally located near Grand Central station, subway and good bus services. the staff is kind and affable, my room was clean and comfortable, it faced the street with noisy city garbage removal in the early hours of the morning. The wifi was spotty.

The location next to Grand Central Terminal was very convenient. The close walking distance to Times Square, while still being in a very quiet area made for an amazing experience. We were blown away by how modern the room was, and the water pressure was especially impressive. The best part was probably how friendly and welcoming the staff and cleaning crews were. Almost every time we entered the building someone welcomed us in. I cannot think of any negative aspect of this hotel honestly. One of, if not the best hotel I have ever stayed in!

Great staff but the television was off line and the HAVC was off so there was no way to vent fresh air into the room as the windows were sealed and did not open. Special request on reservation was ignored.
