"Deluxe" room it was not - far from it. No coffee maker or iron/ironing board as advertised and pictures are a fair misrepresentation as to what you actually experience. Floor was dirty on arrival, privacy curtain ripped on one side, bed sheets stained with hair on them and the bed was made in a strange manner. Should be either triple sheeted if using a blanket or a single sheet with a duvet and duvet cover. We had 2 sheets with a unwashed blanket against our bodies - not what we are used to. So called toiletries very limited in comparison as to what is shown online. Reception staff on arrival did provide "clean" sheets when we raised the issue but came back with 2 bunched up sheets that were not much better than what he took away. Reception staff the next morning had no idea as to where the subway station was and no tourist information brochures provided whatsoever. And then the request for a $100 deposit is mystifying as there was nothing that I would classify as valuable in the room. And, as a side note, the amount of security deposit required varies with the origin of the booking. Expedia unfortunately has the highest amount payable. Not what we expected and definitely needs a big overhaul.
