Extremely nice hotel, beautifully updated rooms. Very nice breakfast and great staff. Easy trip to town if you have a car. This hotel does not have a elevator so if you have mobility issues request a first floor room.

My cousin and I stayed for a night. This hotel was the perfect location between Portsmouth and Newport, where we were spending the majority of our time. It was conveniently located on a main road and was close to everything. We were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the hotel, especially the tall ceilings in the room and the updated bathroom fixtures (also, big plus for the extra sink outside the bathroom! Made getting ready in the morning even easier!). The breakfast was perfect with a nice variety of items to choose from. Everything looked fresh and tasted great. The staff was present and ready, refilling expeditiously, and cleaning immediately. We were very happy with our stay! Thank you!

The room had an awful smell. We were put in a handicap room which we did not request. Overall the room was comfortable. The breakfast had too many carbs. Could have used more healthy choices.

I reached out to Amy (the manager) prior to our stay to ask about accommodating my elderly parents for our stay at the hotel. She immediately looked into options that would make their stay more accommodating for their needs. Once I was at the hotel I asked to speak to her and introduced myself. I was greeted with a positive attitude and our entire stay was excellent, from checking our three parties in, the rooms and communication. I would highly recommend this location to friends and family with no hesitation. I will gladly stay here again for future trips!

Very convenient to the downtown area! Excellent hotel, and newly remodeled. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The worst part was the humidifier and air-conditioning that go on and off through throughout the night. Otherwise it was excellent!
