We stayed for 2 days when we got there we where given a room no balcony and we reserved room with one the next morning we went to shower and had to wait for someone to fix it the first day and the second day when we spoke with the front desk after running the water for an hour we where told what would you like me to do the staff new there was issues with that side if the building and put us there any way I normally have a wonderful stay at this location but this time was complete opposite

Great overall experience . Staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. Room was nice , quiet and clean. Hot tub and pool was wonderful ! Very affordable
