The heat barely worked, hot water was hit and miss, and when i drained the jaccuzi tub, it backed up the shower drain got the floor wet. Also brought up all the grime from the pipe. 0/5 stars, id rather sleep in my car

My friends and I had a great time. We got use of the pool, parking was literally outside our door, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The only issue was the coffee machine in our room was not working. I will definitely come back. The staff was wonderful, friendly kind and efficient.

The overall stay was great. Breakfast was great! Staff was very tentative to our needs and questions. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool however could be a little warmer. The pool was a nice set up - very tropical.

Couldn't shower, the selector didn't work, the water ran the complete time and wouldn't shut off. No hot water. The vanity sink would barely drain so you couldn't have the water run for very long. The rib would fill up will water as well and drained very slow. Told the front desk person and it and the answer was just "ok" when checking out. Won't go back, will spend a little more money and get a place that you can actually take a shower.

If you’re looking for a hotel keep looking. The staff was friendly but their English was quite limited, some spoke none at all. It just made it hard to ask for directions and recommendations. The pool was frigid! I’m from Alaska so that tells you how frigid the water was. There is no hot tub, it must be broken because it wasn’t filled with water for quite some time it looked like. Our Keurig was broken, so they replaced it for us. The new one had mold in the water compartment. The breakfast was limited, the line was long, and they literally served hotdogs for breakfast. You could wait in a separate line for a waffle, but again had a ton of options for them to redeem themselves.

pleasant staff, lots of parking. Breakfast average, but not available until 830am which is late for many travellers who want to get on the road or have work/meetings. pool hours also very limited, start 230 pm. Rooms need a good cleaning, visible dirt on walls near heater/ac system, no bath matt provided, no recycling bins.
