the room was missing a chair do i could not sit at the desk and do my work. Apart from that, the heater had a max of 78 fahrenheit but the room was freezing. i could not sleep well due to the temperature of the room which was more like 70 and not 78. And lastly it says that check in is at 3pm??? i arrived at 430 pm and the room was still not ready i had to wait in the lobby 20 min to get the room key. It is a disorganized place that is cutting corners with the heating to save money. Will never return.

The walls seem to be paper thin because ANYTHING and EVERYTHING I could hear ALL NIGHT! Even things going on outside. Between the neighbors kids screaming (I don't blame the children, the parents are responsible for the child's behavior), the traffic enforcer with his whistle down the street, people coming and going to their rooms at odd hours of the night and literally just people talking at a normal tone can be heard THE ENTIRE TIME you're trying to sleep. The hotel needs to upgrade their sound proofing because wow. It was BAAAAAAAD!! I am not one to complain much at all, I tolerate a lot from others in an effort to try and be understanding of them as well but it was BAD!

Rooms, as always, were very clean. The front desk staff this time were very helpful and friendly. One of the receptionist even came to our room to help with the Wi-Fi connection. The pool area was a bit dark. More lighting is needed, especially when there are little kids around. Overall very nice trip. Definitely we will come back again.

I found that there were a couple things I wasn’t satisfied regarding the cleanliness and care put into this room. First of all, the chair was ripped and broken and it wasn’t replaced after reported to the reception desk. The reception desk specifically said they were out of stock of chairs. The room wasn’t clean either, hair and other dirt on the beds. We also requested for any floor that’s not ground floor yet our request was neglected. The wallpaper in the room was also poorly done, ripping and not cleanly completed.

From check in to check out the staff was very nice and friendly. The restaurant attached to the hotel also served great food! My daughter loved the chocolate strawberries that were complementary with the room. Would definitely go back.
