We had another great stay overall. Clean, friendly staff, parking is included which is rare, nice breakfast upgrade. Only complaint is that the walls are paper thin. We listened to two ladies in the room next to us chat it up all night and then back at it before 7am laughing and talking.

Very disappointed.

The rooms are supposed to be a smoke-free and it smell like a marijuana and it was hairst on the bed when there was supposed to be clean sheets. I guess they don't change sheets every time people leave.I'm wondering now

Great location, walking distance to falls and incline railway. Many excellent restaurants and shops within walking distance as well. Great restaurant on site. Pool is in a nice private area.

Great location affordable budget friendly hotel with free parking. Bed & bedding where not comfortable like other holiday Inns I’ve stayed at. Walls are thin and it’s loud all through out the night especially on Friday.

As expected, we have stayed here numerous times.

Room was ready when we arrived. Quick and easy check-in. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean. A little dated and missing a nightstand lamp. Toilet leaked. We had a puddle on the floor that we put a towel on every few hours. We were not bothered too much as we did not spend that much time in our room.
