Great staff, horrible hotel
The front desk people were very nice. The condition of the rooms and the bedding were terrible. The sheets were stained all over, there were massive gouges in the walls, the carpets were stained and dirty. The beds were hard as a rock and the pillows were like sleeping on boards. You heard the people walking around above you all day and night. The elevators are rickety and shaky.

I’ve stayed at this place a few time in different rooms and what I don’t understand is there seems to be every room I’ve stayed in the walls have had dirt stains from food and stuff like that in the bathroom

Wasn’t expecting much for the price but it was gross. We got a pet friendly room as we brought our puppy. The pull out couch we intended to use for our children looked fine on the outside but when we opened it, was covered in dog hair, had a dog bone and dirty socks in it. There were qtips in between the headboard and mattress. Blood stains on the duvet cover. Garbage from past guests behind the furniture. The pool area had hair globs everywhere, artificial nails on the pool deck, food crumbs and pop cans early in the morning- so it clearly had not been cleaned over night. I had called ahead and asked for a pack n play, but it wasn’t in the room. I had to ask for it and carry it up myself. When we opened it, it had chips in it.

My sad stay 😢
Well the hotel didn’t shovel or salt the sidewalk near the handicap parking on the right side . They only cleared in front of the front foor .I found black hairs on the bedspread on my bed .The top 2 draws in the dresssers kept opening all nite .The dinning room is not handicap friendly. Either the chairs are so low I couldn’t sit in them .Or they were so high I had to try to jump into them
