The rooms were clean, food was good, bartenders were great. had a wonderful time and I think this was the cleanest hotel I have ever visited.

The staff was awesome and super helpful/ attentive. Overall really good vibes. I cannot give it 5 stars though because on the last night I got food poisoning and threw up over 12x throughout the night and thought I was dying. They didn’t restock toilet paper/ shower gel/ soap during housekeeping until we called multiple times.

Check in was easy! Room was cleaned very well every day. The facilities are very clean. Food was decent, you won't go hungry. Drinks were weak in my opinion. The resort was pretty nice with a great view. I would come back again.

We enjoyed ourselves. Great entertainment and the staff were great. Room was big enough for 3 of us. We had the corner view with a huge deck. We met really nice people and ate so much. The drinks were delicious and top notch. Would like to see more bar stations with TV and sitting area to chill for a few throughout the area

Room was clean, staff was great over all. Beautiful well maintained resort hotel. The food was decent for an all inclusive with many options. That being said, I would not rank any of the restaurants as 4 or 5 star. I think for being a premium hotel this is an area that could improve. But still over all it was lovely and worth going to.

This was my first stay at a Riu. Upon arrival, received an immediate warm welcome from staff, the area of entrance itself is very classy, large, and clean! The room was spectacular, clean, very spacious, comfortable bed, super shower in a large bedroom. I look forward to booking another Riu for any future travels abroad.

All of the above. Especially Kiki at the daily drink cart! The Lemon Drop martini was my favorite and Kiki was always very friendly and eager to chat! Very welcoming!
