Beachwalk 20 is a cozy townhouse located on the ocean block. 2024 ONLY OUTDOOR POOL WILL BE OPEN TILL 09/15 This four-bedroom, two and a half-bathroom townhome has a furnished balcony overlooking a peaceful midtown with a partial ocean view. Beachwalk 20 is in a unique development, featuring its own pool! This townhouse is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week!

The townhouse doesn't just offer a balcony. It has a rooftop deck, perfect for watching the sunrise! The comely living room is furnished with a couch, two chairs, and a television. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Off the dining area is the half-bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and balcony access. The second bedroom has two double beds. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, a television, and a private bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a television. The second full bathroom has been recently updated and is located in the hallway. Beachwalk 20 even includes sheets and bath towels!
