Lack of information material about facilities available. No information on times,place and how to book breakfast. No outlets for charging your phone. 3 beds in unit and only 1 chair.

Hi Genevieve,Thanks so much for your good rating.To order Breakfast just ask us at reception - we are available 12 hours/day.Also, not sure what you need to charge your phone - there are 8! outlets in your room; and about 20 chairs in the lounge (i.e your living space) just down the hallway.Hope your onward journeys are going well,Cheers Kevin.

Sheets had a small No power point beside the bed Shower hot and cold adjuster needs an upgrade TV remotes not available They charge for internet after 500mb ??? Location is great and very quite. The only Staff on-site was very friendly
